  1. Instructions on how to enter & prizes form part of the Terms & Conditions.
  2. Entry is open to all residents of Australia and New Zealand. Directors, management, employees & their immediate families of the Promoter, its related companies, agencies, suppliers & participating outlets are ineligible.
  3. To be eligible to win entrants must purchase a no vac product and provide a valid product barcode on the online entry form. You may be required to provide proof of purchase at the time of claiming your prize.
  4. Only one entry per day is permitted.
  5. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence).
  6. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant for tampering with the entry process or for submitting an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.
  7. This is a game of skill. Chance plays no part in determining the winner. Each entry will be individually judged based on literary and creative merit of the answer provided to the question. The judge’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  8. The Promoter shall not be held liable for any loss/damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for personal injury suffered/sustained as the result of accepting a prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
  9. Competition closes 23/07/10 11:59pm AEST. Entries must be received by 11:59pm AEST on 23/07/10. The judging will take place at Amba Communications, 24 Best Ave, Mosman, NSW and the winner will be advised on Monday 2 August 2010 in writing by email. The winner's name will also be published online at www.novac.com.au.
  10. The maximum prize value is $5,000.
  11. To enter the competition entrants must go online to www.novac.com.au and tell the judge in 25 words or less how $5,000 would make their life more fabulous.
  12. Only online entries will be accepted. Any accompanying material will not be judged.
  13. No liability accepted for lost, delayed or misdirected entries.
  14. Unless otherwise due to fraud or ineligibility under these Terms & Conditions all prize claims in excess of the advertised prize pool will be honoured. Printing & other quality control errors will not invalidate an otherwise valid prize claim.
  15. The information requested in the promotion will only be used to conduct the competition in accordance with the Terms & Conditions. It will not be used for any other purpose. The Promoter will not disclose this information other than to contractors who provide services to the Promoter for the above purpose unless compelled or permitted by law.
