Safety Data Sheets / Technical Data Sheets

SDS (Safety Data Sheets) are an important component of product stewardship and occupational safety and health.

The provided documents are intended to provide our customers with procedures for handling or working with our products in a safe manner. These documents include information such as physical data (melting point, boiling point, flash point, etc.), health effects, first aid, reactivity, storage, disposal, protective equipment, and spill-handling procedures.

These SDS are provided in a format suited for both the Australian market and New Zealand market. If you are outside of Australia or New Zealand, please consult the WD-40 website for your country to ensure that you have the information required for your region.

An SDS is valid for 5 years from its date of issue.

TDS (Technical Data Sheets) are documents summarising the performance and technical characteristics of our products.

The documents include a summary of the product’s features and benefits, suitable applications and technical requirements such as product appearance, odour characteristic, specific gravity, temperature range, flammability and compatibility.
